\/>The\u00a0net\u00a0metering\u00a0with\u00a0photovoltaics\u00a0enables\u00a0you\u00a0to\u00a0produce\u00a0your\u00a0own\u00a0power,\u00a0which\u00a0you\u00a0consume\u00a0in\u00a0your\u00a0home\u00a0or\u00a0business\u00a0as\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0produced,\u00a0and\u00a0if\u00a0there&#8217;s\u00a0any\u00a0surplus,\u00a0you\u00a0give\u00a0it\u00a0to\u00a0DEH\u00a0to\u00a0get\u00a0it\u00a0back\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0evening.PPC\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0CDR.\u00a0clears\u00a0the\u00a0PV-producing\u00a0energy\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0electricity\u00a0consumed\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0PV\u00a0owner\u00a0on\u00a0an\u00a0annual\u00a0basis,\u00a0transferring\u00a0any\u00a0excess\u00a0energy\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0next\u00a0year&#8217;s\u00a0account.\u00a0Every\u00a0three\u00a0years\u00a0there\u00a0is\u00a0a\u00a0cleanup\u00a0of\u00a0energy\u00a0consumed\u00a0and\u00a0produced.\u00a0By\u00a0choosing\u00a0a\u00a0system\u00a0that\u00a0produces\u00a0in\u00a0one\u00a0year,\u00a0the\u00a0energy\u00a0(kilowatt\u00a0hours-hoursKWh)\u00a0we\u00a0consume\u00a0annually,\u00a0we\u00a0dramatically\u00a0reduce\u00a0the\u00a0power\u00a0bill.<\/p><p><strong>How\u00a0It\u00a0Works\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0Reset\u00a0Power\u00a0Cost<\/strong><\/p><p>The\u00a0photovoltaic\u00a0panels,\u00a0which\u00a0we\u00a0install\u00a0within\u00a0the\u00a0net\u00a0metering,\u00a0are\u00a0connected\u00a0to\u00a0an\u00a0on\u00a0gridconnected\u00a0photovoltaic\u00a0reverse.\u00a0Inverter\u00a0is\u00a0connected\u00a0to\u00a0counter\u00a01,\u00a0which\u00a0records\u00a0the\u00a0energy\u00a0produced\u00a0by\u00a0photovoltaics.<br \/>The\u00a0energy\u00a0is\u00a0then\u00a0consumed\u00a0directly\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0owner\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0VAT\/B.\u00a0If\u00a0there\u00a0is\u00a0excess\u00a0or\u00a0if\u00a0the\u00a0owner\u00a0has\u00a0not\u00a0consumed\u00a0the energy,\u00a0then\u00a0it\u00a0is\u00a0channeled\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0PPC\u00a0network\u00a0via\u00a0counter\u00a02\u00a0(DEH\u00a0clock).<br \/>Counter\u00a02\u00a0is\u00a0bidirectional\u00a0and\u00a0records\u00a0both\u00a0the\u00a0input\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0building\u00a0(total\u00a0owner\u00a0consumption)\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0output\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0DEH\u00a0network.\u00a0The\u00a0difference\u00a0with\u00a0other\u00a0photovoltaics\u00a0installed\u00a0in\u00a0homes\u00a0and\u00a0businesses\u00a0or\u00a0in\u00a0parks\u00a0is\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0way\u00a0of\u00a0offsetting\u00a0the\u00a0energy\u00a0produced.<\/p><figure Metering &#8211; Link Diagram and Operating Mode<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>On the net metering, netting is energy. The DEH counter (counter 2) measures the energy consumed by the property where the photovoltaic and the owner&#8217;s meter (counter 1) are installed the energy produced by the photovoltaic.<br \/>At\u00a0the\u00a0end\u00a0of\u00a0each\u00a0metrics\u00a0period\u00a0(clearing\u00a0account),\u00a0the\u00a0amount\u00a0you\u00a0will\u00a0pay\u00a0to\u00a0DEHfor\u00a0the\u00a0current\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0the\u00a0cost\u00a0of\u00a0kilowatt\u00a0hours\u00a0(kWh)\u00a0resulting\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0difference\u00a0between\u00a0Meter\u00a02\u00a0and\u00a0Meter\u00a01.<\/p><p>If the difference is zero then we will not pay for the power we consumed. If the difference is surplus, then the excess energy is transferred to the next account until the cycle is closed (every three years) and the liquidation is made.<br \/>If\u00a0it\u00a0turns\u00a0out\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0energy\u00a0we\u00a0have\u00a0given\u00a0to\u00a0PPC\u00a0is\u00a0less\u00a0than\u00a0the\u00a0energy\u00a0we\u00a0have\u00a0consumed,\u00a0then\u00a0we\u00a0will\u00a0pay\u00a0the\u00a0difference.<\/p><p>But if we have given more energy to the WEU, then it is transferred to next year&#8217;s accounts and that goes on for 3 years.
